Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification required.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and manage unit staffing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and/or provides direct patient care and supports staff on the shift.
• Responds to patient emergencies and acts as charge or lead for disasters.
• Collaborates with staffing to adjust numbers of staff for census changes.
