Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an RN - Shift Lead I for a part-time, day shift role at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. You will provide leadership and clinical expertise on the shift, coordinate unit resources, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Requirements include a BSN within 4 years (or 15 years acute care), Montana RN license, and BLS on hire. Duties may include occasional float, disaster leadership, and collaboration with the staffing office. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current Montana RN license is required.
• BLS certification upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or provide direct patient care and support staff in problem solving.
• Respond to patient emergencies as charge or lead for disasters.
• Collaborate with staffing office to adjust staff for census changes.
• Communicate with oncoming Charge Nurse about census, staffing, admissions, and discharges.
