Job summary

Intermountain Health is hiring a part-time RN Shift Lead I for day shift at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. The role provides leadership and clinical expertise on the assigned shift, ensuring appropriate staffing and care.

You will support staff, model professional behavior, and participate in hospital committees as needed. Minimum qualifications include a BSN or equivalent pathway within 4 years, MT RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or provide direct patient care while coordinating unit resources on shift.
• Respond to patient emergencies as charge or lead for disasters.
• Collaborate with staffing to adjust numbers for census changes during shift.
• Communicate census, staffing, admissions and discharges to the oncoming Charge Nurse.
