Job summary

Mercy Health seeks an experienced registered nurse for its Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized adult/geriatric care with a focus on safety and quality across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.

The role is part-time (24 hours/week) with night shifts, sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits. Epic experience and BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license in state and/or compact licensure.
• One year bed-side RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Certified in BLS; CCU require ACLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide nursing care across multiple hospital units within Mercy's regional float pool.
• Support continuous learning and collaboration with diverse care teams.
