Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool serving Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized adult/geriatric nursing care across multiple hospital units, reporting to the hiring leader upon placement. Join a dynamic team with night shifts, a sign-on bonus, and regional perquisites including shift differentials, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure requirements.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ED/ICU/other specialties.
• BLS; CCU requires BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across units within Mercy Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with care teams and patient populations to ensure quality outcomes.
