Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool for night shifts across the St. Louis region. The role involves float duties to multiple Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and stepdown units, providing patient-centered nursing care according to standards.

Candidates must hold an RN license with required experience; BSN is preferred. Mercy offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits after day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact license.
• One year of bedside RN experience; two years for ICU/critical care.
• BSN preferred; Epic experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across adult/geriatric units within the regional float pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations to ensure quality outcomes.
