Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool, providing bedside care across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care for adult/geriatric patients during nights.

Join a dynamic team with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (no contract) and shift differentials. Epic experience preferred; BSN is a plus and RN licensure is required to practice in the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensed RN in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of bed-side RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ED/ICU.
• Certifications required per specialty: BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.
• Able to meet physical demands of the unit and shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Report to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint as assigned.
• Float across multiple hospitals and units as needed.
