Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced RN for night shifts across hospitals in the St. Louis area. This part-time role covers 24 hours per week with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and base pay determined by experience.

Float to Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, and ICU units with access to Stay Premium, tuition assistance, and 401(k) matching. Epic experience preferred; active RN license in hiring state required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Epic experience preferred.
• BLS for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS & NRP for Women’s Health.

Responsibilities

• Join Mercy’s Regional Float Pool to work across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Float to Med/Surg, Tele, SD, ICU and more including CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Neuro ICU.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Provide flexible and varied daily work assignments.
