Mercy Southeast (Cape Girardeau) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Regional Float Pool, providing care across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients in a dynamic, cross-hospital environment. The role offers a night shift with competitive base pay determined by experience, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive day-one benefits, plus additional regional perk and shift

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensure in good standing in the hiring state.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, ICU as needed.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across multiple Mercy facilities.
