Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool in the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support adult and geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities during nights.

This part-time role emphasizes continuing education, collaboration with diverse care teams, and flexible, dynamic scheduling. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care while meeting Mercy's standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience; 6 months in last year.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH, MANDT within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities as part of the Regional Float Pool.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and adapt to multiple hospital settings.
