Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to oversee documentation review and training across SOC, Recertification, ROC and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to ensure regulatory readiness and maintain high standards of patient care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong teaching skills to coach clinicians. Medicare home health or hospice experience, solid tech ability, and reliable transportation are

Competenze

• Must be an RN (Registered Nurse).
• Active and valid state license to practice nursing.
• Minimum one year of experience; Medicare home health or hospice setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Excellent communication and English language skills; ability to document clearly.
• Basic technology skills; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Mansioni

• Review and approve all patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals (LPs) during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct coaching and training sessions to improve clinician competency and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and referral sources to promote high-quality patient care.
