Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.

The role partners with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices. CPR, a valid driver’s license, and Medicare/home health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN and maintain a valid state license.
• Minimum one year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• CPR certification and a valid state driver’s license required.
• Basic technology skills and ability to operate a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory readiness and up-to-date standards.
• Coach clinicians to improve competency and compliance and maintain regulatory readiness.
• Foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
