Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve all patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards.

The role conducts coaching and in-depth training to improve clinician competency and compliance,

Qualifications

• Must be an RN and hold a valid clinical license according to state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Experience in a Medicare home health or hospice setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.
• Preferred experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance and reflect current standards.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care, support regulatory readiness, and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
