Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• One year of hospital RN experience for PRN; new grads eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments across physical, psychosocial and health history.
• Develop, implement and evaluate plans of care for patients.
• Coordinate care with ancillary and support staff.
• Document care accurately in the patient record.
• Communicate issues to Charge Nurse or physician as appropriate.
