Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on full-time nights. The role provides high-acuity nursing care bridging ICU and medical-surgical units, with a sign-on bonus available up to $10,000.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, supervise ancillary staff, and use state-of-the-art technology to strengthen patient outcomes. Strong teamwork and professional growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current RN license in Georgia or multistate with BLS certification.
• New graduates eligible for PRN and hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Coordinate care and supervise ancillary staff to ensure quality nursing care.
