Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down. This full-time night position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the chance to deliver high-acuity nursing care within a collaborative, patient-centered team.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across the lifecycle, coordinate with physicians and support staff, and use state-of-the-art technology to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• Georgia RN license required
• New Graduates eligible for RN roles
• BLS certification required

Responsabilités

• Assess patient data including physical and health history.
• Evaluate developmental age during assessments and patient education.
• Organize data into plan of care and set expected outcomes.
• Carry out plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Provide care aligned to patient condition and needs.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support staff.
• Identify teaching opportunities and provide necessary resources.
• Communicate concerns to Charge Nurse/Clinical Manager/physician as appropriate.
• Document patient care and concerns in patient records.
