A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, coordinating with staff, documenting in the medical record, and educating patients and families.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current GA RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license and BLS.
• New graduates eligible for PRN may apply.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and care team.
• Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice.
• Team leadership and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform patient assessments across the lifecycle including health history.
• Evaluate developmental age during assessments and education.
• Organize data into the plan of care and identify expected outcomes.
• Carry out the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Provide care aligned with the severity of condition and identified needs.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support staff.
• Identify teaching opportunities and provide resources for patient education.
• Communicate issues to Charge Nurse/Manager/Physician as appropriate.
• Document patient care and concerns in the chart.
