Piedmont Eastside is seeking a dedicated RN for the Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down unit on the night shift at Snellville, GA. The role bridges ICU to medical-surgical care, emphasizing safe, evidence-based nursing in a collaborative environment.

You will deliver holistic, patient-centered care with state-of-the-art technology, participate in clinical research, and contribute to high-quality outcomes. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current GA RN license or multi-state license (NLC/eNLC).
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible for PRN positions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments including data collection of physical, psychosocial, and health history.
• Organize patient data to form a plan of care and identify outcomes.
• Carry out the plan of care to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide patient care relevant to the setting and patient needs.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support staff as assigned.
• Document patient care and concerns in the patient record.
• Communicate issues to the Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager and/or physician.
