Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of a nursing program.
• MINIMUM LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Georgia RN license and BLS certification required.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: New Graduates eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect data on physical, psychosocial, and health history.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care using nursing processes.
• Organize data to form a plan of care and identify outcomes.
• Provide care appropriate to patient needs and condition.
• Coordinate care with assigned staff and supervise ancillary team members.
• Document care and concerns in the patient record.
• Communicate issues to Charge Nurse/Clinical Manager/Physician as appropriate.
