Qualifications

• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment; analyze data; create a care plan; implement treatment; evaluate effectiveness.
• Serve as a point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments.
• Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and organizational policies.
