Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and coordinate care across departments.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Serve as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications following policies and procedures.
• Support patients and families and ensure therapeutic environment.
