Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Rita's Medical Center in Ohio.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, leading patient assessments, and coordinating care across hospital departments to ensure optimal outcomes. The RN will collaborate with the care team, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and administer medications safely in compliance with state practice and policies.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred, not required.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS or ACLS (preferred at hire, ACLS required within 6 months).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop care plans.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across departments.
