Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Progressive Care (Step Down) at West Hospital. You will assess patient status, coordinate care between Med-Surg and ICU, develop care plans and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, not required.
• Current RN licensure in the state; BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in an acute care setting preferred.

• Coordinate care between Med-Surg and ICU units.
• Administer medications safely according to policy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and advocate for patient safety.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement in the department.
