Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing school; RN licensed in the state of employment.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development is required within two years of hire; BLS/ACLS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new hires with orientation planning and execution.
• Coordinate staff education and preceptor development activities.
• Lead and participate in education day and professional development initiatives.
• Evaluate staff progress and impact of educational programs.
