Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks a Professional Development Specialist (PDS), an experienced RN who leads education, mentorship, and evidence-based practice across clinical settings. Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN required or MSN with education focus, or MEd preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience or three years plus two years in education.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment; teaching credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates preceptor development activities.
• Coordinates specialized educational events for staff and patients involving high risk/low volume procedures.
• Develops strong relationships with clinical instructors to ensure enhanced student experiences.
