Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BSN is required; MSN with education focus or MEd preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience; three years plus two years of formal educator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: coordinate orientation for new hires including learning style assessment and orientation process overview.
• Education planning: develop competency-based orientations and clinical orientation schedules.
• Implementation: lead education days, infection control, and essential clinical training.
• Evaluation: monitor progress, provide feedback, and update orientation content.
