Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
• BSN is required; MSN with education focus or MEd preferred.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development (ANCC/ANPD) within two years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preceptor development activities and specialized staff education events.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing staff education across departments.
• Develop educational materials and ensure evidence-based practice integration.
