Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse to support clinical transformation initiatives and quality improvement efforts at Ascension Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove Village, IL. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Collect, analyze, and report performance data to monitor project outcomes, timelines, quality metrics, and strategic objectives; identify issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, committees, councils, and professional organizations to advance safety, quality, documentation standards, the Interdisciplinary Practice Model, and initiatives supporting meaningful use and organizational priorities.
