The ideal candidate holds a BSN with 3–4 years of RN experience and MA licensure, bringing strong analytical and communication skills to optimize patient placement and care delivery across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 3–4 years of RN experience preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient data and coordinate admission, transfer and discharge with nursing and medical teams.
• Respond to requests and resolve problems; escalate as needed.
• Receive and triage calls in a 24/7 transport center; assess urgency of requests.
