Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital is seeking an RN Patient Placement Coordinator to help manage patient flow during high-volume hours. The role involves coordinating placement, monitoring input in information systems, and reinforcing processes to ensure timely care delivery.

This position supports the Administrative Supervisor and Resource Coordinators, with duties that include ensuring compliance, efficiency, and adherence to care standards in a fast-paced hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required or equivalent education/experience.
• Washington RN License upon hire required.
• Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient placement and facilitate design and implementation of processes to improve patient flow.
• Monitor information systems for timely completion and accurate input; reinforce processes across staff.
• Collaborate with Administrative (House) Supervisor and Resource Coordinators during high-volume hours to ensure operational efficiency.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field

Washington RN License

3 years RN experience in acute care
