Loma Linda University Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Patient Flow Facilitator (PFF) - RN for pediatric patients at LLUCH. The PFF ensures seamless patient flow, transports patients, and supports admissions, transfers, and discharges in a high-acuity pediatric setting. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, is a California-licensed RN, and has 2+ years of pediatric ICU experience.

BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Minimum two years of pediatric ICU clinical experience preferred.
• Exhibits expert nursing competencies across emergency, ICU, and acute pediatric care.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate patient flow from ED to unit and transport within LLUCH.
• Provide nursing care across emergency, ICU, step-down, and acute pediatric services.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to expedite patient throughput.
• May participate in on-call rotation based on department needs.
