Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. The role supports program leadership, ensures high-quality patient care, and drives clinical operations across the care continuum.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5 years of direct patient care, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic. Night shift: 7:00 pm–7:30 am, full-time, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Epic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program(s) and lead clinical and administrative care across the care continuum.
• Provide leadership to ensure quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee program regulatory accreditation and compliance with IDPH, Joint Commission and others.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, social workers, therapists, radiology, lab, dieticians, pharmacy and other team members.
• Develop and revise standards of care, policies, and clinical pathways.
• Monitor documentation and performance metrics and report trends to stakeholders.
