Endeavor Health seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator - Ortho/Spine for Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) position administers clinical programs and leads care coordination across the care continuum.

The role requires a Nursing degree, IL RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least five years of direct patient care. Collaboration with physicians, nursing, case management, and other teams is essential to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Epic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applicable program(s) and provide clinical and administrative leadership in patient care.
• Oversee program operations to deliver quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
