Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role (36 hours/week) includes a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with pay range reflecting candidate experience.

The RN will coordinate clinical programs, lead care-continuum initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care across the acute-care setting. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Epic (required).
• Master's Degree in healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide leadership for applicable program(s).
• Oversee quality improvement processes and use outcomes data to guide improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case management, and other staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and revise standards of care, policies, and clinical pathways.
