Endeavor Health seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time night shift role provides clinical and administrative leadership across the care continuum, coordinating program operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Nursing, 5+ years of direct patient care, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Epic; a Master's degree and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Five years of direct patient care experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Epic is required.
• Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applicable program(s) and provide clinical and administrative leadership across the care continuum.
• Review care of patients in acute-care settings and monitor outcomes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives with staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, social workers, and therapy teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and revise standards of care, policies, and clinical pathways.
• Ensure regulatory accreditation and data collection for certification standards.
• Educate staff and provide ongoing training and competency development.
• Distribute performance reports to stakeholders and drive improvements.
