Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for Ortho/Spine at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time night-shift role focuses on coordinating programs, leading clinical teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care across the care continuum.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with 5 years of direct patient care, RN licensure in Illinois, and CPR certification; a Master's degree or ongoing study in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Epic.
• Master’s degree in healthcare-related field preferred or in progress.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification by AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program(s) and provide clinical and administrative leadership in patient care.
• Oversee program operations, quality care, and cost-efficient practices.
• Develop standards of care, clinical pathways, and order sets.
• Collect and present data on certification standards and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure education and care delivery.
