Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role covers a 36-hour work week with a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

You will coordinate applicable programs, provide clinical leadership, and oversee program operations to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient patient care while aligning with regulatory standards. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and care teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Epic.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of applicable program(s) and initiatives with clinical leadership.
• Provide leadership in the care continuum to ensure quality patient care.
• Oversee quality improvement processes and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, and other teams to coordinate patient care.
• Develop and revise standards of care, clinical pathways, and order sets.
• Collect data on certification standards and present to stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IDPH, Joint Commission, and others.
• Educate staff through orientation, annual training, and competencies.
• Distribute reports and support performance improvement efforts.
