You will lead program operations, coordinate care with physicians and care teams, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while driving patient-focused outcomes and cost-efficient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program(s) and provide clinical and administrative leadership.
• Oversee and improve care delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor quality improvement and regulatory compliance across the program.
