Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. The full-time 36-hour week night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) coordinates care and provides clinical leadership across the care continuum.

Requires a BSN and 5 years of direct patient care, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic. Preferred MS in a healthcare-related field and ongoing professional development. Licensed RN in Illinois and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum five years of direct patient care experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of applicable program(s) and other initiatives.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership in patient care across the continuum.
• Oversee quality improvement processes and track performance measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, social workers, therapists, and other staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and revise standards of care and clinical pathways.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare data for accreditation reviews.
• Educate staff and coordinate education programs; disseminate reports to stakeholders.
