Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role (36 hours weekly) includes night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and involves leading clinical and administrative activities across the care continuum.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 5 years of direct patient care, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic. IL RN licensure and CPR certification are required; a Master's degree or pursuit is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Epic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead applicable program(s) and initiatives in the care continuum.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor and improve program processes, patient satisfaction, and cost-efficient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, and other teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Develop and revise standards of care, policies, and order-sets as needed.
• Collect and report data on certification standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support staff education and training on new programs and materials.
