PACS is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities across the facility during the shift. You will supervise staff, administer IVs, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with federal and state standards while maintaining quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has at least two years of long-term care supervision experience, and is proficient with PCC electronic health records. Excellent communication with physicians, families, and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care with prompt response to call signals.
• Make rounds and provide report.
• Perform skilled care assessments.
• Participate in orientation and on-going training of staff.
• Respond to and monitor care issues and changes in condition.
