PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) General Purpose to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility during the assigned shift. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards and coordinates with the DON/ADON when applicable.

Responsibilities include administrative duties, committee participation, staffing, discharge planning, care planning, and quality assurance.

Competenze

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility.

Mansioni

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with governing rules and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain nursing service policies and procedures.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with the Nursing Service Manual and report to the Director as required.
• Participate in facility surveys and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure adequate staffing of RNs and CNAs for the shift.
• Oversee discharge planning and care plans for residents.
• Participate in the development and implementation of infection control and safety protocols.
