PACS is seeking a capable RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities across shifts in a long-term care setting. You will ensure care delivery meets current standards, supervise LVN/LPNs and CNAs, coordinate with physicians, and maintain documentation and QA processes.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and are proficient with PCC or similar EHR systems. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• BSN required or equivalent nursing degree.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Experience with EHR software PCC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities across shifts.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and rounds.
• Supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff; provide guidance and disciplinary support as needed.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding care plans.
