Job summary

PACS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities during their tour of duty. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards and collaborates with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality resident care.

The RN will direct nursing services, participate in policy development, and ensure that nursing staff adhere to established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices required.
• Two years or more experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Direct nursing services and ensure compliance with current rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating nursing service policies and procedures.
