PACS Group is seeking a capable Nursing Supervisor to provide direct nursing care and oversee day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility. You will supervise nursing assistants and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to coordinate shifts, document care plans, and participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice in the state.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities with nursing staff and support personnel.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure updates.
• Complete and review resident discharge planning and related documentation.
• Administer medications as ordered and ensure accurate nursing records.
