Job summary

PACS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility during your shift. The role emphasizes adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines and requires leadership to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.

The RN will supervise nursing staff, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with the DON/ADON as needed to maintain care standards and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Direct the nursing service department in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the nursing service.
