Job summary

PACS is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities at our Florida facility during your shift. You will supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and is proficient with PCC EHR or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Supervise and coach nursing staff and CNAs.
• Make rounds and provide reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
