Job summary

PACS is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities at a Florida facility. You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with regulations during your tour of duty.

Requirements include a BSN, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and LTC experience. PCC EHR experience is preferred. This on-site role offers an hourly pay range listed below and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years long-term care experience.
• Experience with PCC EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Supervise LVN/LPN, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in care provision.
• Make rounds and provide report.
• Perform skilled care assessments.
• Participate in staff orientation and training.
• Respond to and monitor care issues and changes in condition.
• Assist residents in achieving self-care and well-being.
• Oversee staffing and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate and respond to emergencies and new admissions.
• Review and communicate physician orders to nursing staff.
