PACS seeks an RN to supervise day-to-day nursing activities on shift, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.

The role includes policy development, QA participation, and ensuring nurses follow procedures. The position requires an active Florida RN license and Nursing Degree, with leadership ability to coordinate resident care and participate in discharge

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current Florida RN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care plans.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing services.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Direct nursing staff in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Participate in policy development and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Service Procedures Manual and manuals.
• Conduct daily rounds and communicate with DON/ADON as needed.
• Assist in discharge planning and coordination of resident care.
