Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities in our facility during your tour of duty. You will lead the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance with applicable standards.

The role involves direct patient care, development of care plans, collaboration with physicians and families, and participation in staff development and safety programs to maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the facility during your tour of duty.
• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate with physicians, residents, and families.
• Develop and maintain resident care plans and participate in discharge planning.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in staff development, safety programs, and quality improvement.
